Shahrukh says he takes his wife Gauri for granted

Shahrukh Khan – The king of Bollywood is also known as the king of romance in the same industry. Shahrukh has done a number of romantic movies like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. One can think or assume that romance must be a significant part of his real life personality. But Shahrukh says in reality, he is not that romantic. Like any other ordinary guy, he also has to put a lot of effort to pull a romantic thing.

SRKhan and wife Gauri have completed 24 long years of togetherness which include 17 years of their married life. Shahrukh says these years have gone leaving many rememberable moments in his and Gauri’s life and the most precious is the presence of their children (son Aryan and daughter Suhana) in their life who made them a family more than a couple.

When we started courting we hadn’t really thought we would achieve this.

He says with a smile. Shahrukh also says that he takes his wife Gauri for granted and finds it wrong to say that one shouldn’t take their family for granted; for which he feels they are the only ones you can take for granted and that’s why they are your family. But Shahrukh also adds that he respects and loves his wife a lot and that he likes taking her advice in most matters. About Gauri, he further says that she gets a bit irritated when he cracks some jokes which she thinks doesn’t suit the position which Shahrukh holds. She thinks that SRKhan should be more dignified than what he is.

Bollywood superstar, the King Khan none other than Shahrukh Khan is the real king in every sense. Shahrukh is no more just an actor but has proved his personality in various fields. Let it being no. 1 in Bollywood film industry or as a brand ambassador for endorsing various bands or sports or hosting TV shows, he has very well justified himself in every role. The list does not come to an end just here. He has become a very popular face throughout the globe. He has also made up his place in Madame Tussauds wax museum in London where stands his wax statue with all pride and honor. Not just in London, he has made his mark in Dubai (UAE) as well where he recently launched his two billion US dollar reality business. The eight billion dirham ($2.2 billion) development has come up on DANA Island of the Ras Al Khaimah coast and will comprise a studio and one and two bedroom apartments. Not just this, the whole setup will also comprise an underwater discotheque, a public square on the beach and a theatre. Shahrukh also owns a house on the porsche palm Jumeirah man made island off the coast of Dubai.

Besides all these, his production house, Red Chilies Entertainment has already become a big name in Bollywood with best equipments and facilities of International standards. Coming to sports, his entry into IPL last year was very grand proving him an experienced investor. Seeing all this, one has to say, the king in true sense – SRKhan.

Shahrukh’s war with Aamir Khan

Every now and then Bollywood offers spicy stories for the media. Most of these are the fights among the superstars which forms a very strong part of gossips.

The latest is the verbal war between the King Khan and Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan. Although SRKhan cleared up that he has nothing against Aamir and that the media has exaggerated it, he said his rival very often says things to his dislike. At the other end Aamir expressed his respect for Shahrukh Khan and added that he would never fight with Shahrukh. These fights however continue no matter how much these superstars clear the air about them, and we suppose there is no end to it.

Shahrukh has said there cannot be any competition to him. To this Aamir responded by saying “I don’t believe in competition with others. I only compete myself”

There are much talks about Aamir’s forth coming venture, Raj Kumar Hirani’s “Three idiots”, having R. Madhavan and Sharman Joshi besides Aamir working for the title. At this, Aamir kept forward his views saying that the title better suits the three Khans’ of bollywood including him, Shahrukh and Salman. Why had Aamir felt that way? This could only be better answered by Aamir himself! Likewise, these superstars very well make themselves a firm part of the latest gossips.
